Terms and Conditions.
A deposit of $100 is required within 10 days of booking to secure your reservation. Due to inclement weather, cancellations will be made by the captain at the dock, you may put your deposit on another day or get a refund. Final payment is required by cash or cashier's check at the time of departure. Fishing parties that cancel up to 14 days prior to sailing may receive a refund, otherwise the deposit is forfeit. Fish retained go to the charter except for Blue Fin tuna larger than 72 inches. All checks must be payable to:
